Process Engineer -Electronic Division

·  Process Development & Optimization: Design scalable, repeatable manufacturing processes for electro mechanical enclosures, panel wiring, potting, and conformal coating. Develop routings, process flows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

·  NPI (New Product Introduction): Lead the transition of products from the prototyping phase (EVT/DVT/PVT) to full -scale mass production.

·  Design for Manufacturing (DFM/DFA): Review BOMs, engineering drawings, and schematics early in the design cycle to prevent assembly bottlenecks and reduce production costs. 

·  Tooling & Fixture Design: Specify, design, and procure custom assembly jigs, test fixtures, and workstation layouts to optimize ergonomics and manufacturing Takt time. 

·  Quality Control & Root Cause Analysis: Utilize problem -solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa,Six sigma) to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve assembly defects. Track First Pass Yield (FPY) and implement error -proofing (Poka -Yoke). 

·  Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all builds meet strict industry standards such as IPC -A -610, ESD, and ISO 9001/IATF 16949 requirements
