Job Description - Process Expert / Senior Process Expert

Individual is hired to for north America detention and demurrage team for focusing on the filing and invoicing process for North America Detention and Demurrage process . He / She is also expected to understand the Root cause and help fix the same in the upstream process. He/ She is responsible for the disputes reductions and improve invoice quality.

PURPOSE OF ROLE The individual is hired for the North America Detention and Demurrage team, focusing on filing and invoicing. They are expected to identify root causes, support upstream fixes, reduce disputes, and improve invoice quality.

You will be Responsible for:

  • Developing new documentation, technical procedures, and user guides related to the D&D process.

  • Driving day-to-day KPI performance by ensuring invoicing is completed within 7 days and reducing IQ impact.

  • Maintaining an overall accuracy rate of 95% or higher.

  • Ensuring individual productivity remains above 100%.

  • Identifying disputed invoices and performing proactive corrections to improve invoice quality.

  • Monitoring processes handled in the Global Service Center, identifying opportunities for quality improvement, and establishing KPIs where needed to drive performance both locally and offshore.

  • Coordinating with relevant teams or coordinators to gather additional information when required.

Qualifications

Graduate + Experience : in 4 yrs Good Comprehension & Written Communication.

Good Communication Skills.

Ability to use positive language process Understanding
