Reporting to the Software Development Manager, Technology Development, working primarily on existing software and products. You will be working with a small team of awesome peers working towards a common goal, using newer technologies, or modifying existing products to provide solutions to customers.You are an exceptional Analyst-Programmer who would love to bring your enthusiasm to create, implement and finalize features of our existing software. You have well rounded development skills and will work in collaboration with other internal staff and/or customers to understand and solve issues related to the product and different environments. For this role we are open to all levels of experience, however we are looking for a great fit and desire to program, troubleshoot and bring fresh ideas into the team.Position Responsibilities:- Proficient in Frontend technologies like Javascript, JQuery, HTML and CSS- Proficient in multi tier architecture and REST APIs in .NET & C# technologies- Understanding of computer systems and networking protocols- Experience in multi-threaded development- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and TFSMinimum Requirements:- University/College degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline; or- You have 2 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.- Strong problem solving and debugging skills- Experience programming in virtualized environments (VMWare, RDS, XenApp)- Experience with SQL and relational databases- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies and development- Experience programming in virtualized environments (VMWare, RDS, XenApp)- Knowledge in Java would be an added advantage.Soft Skills:- Ability to manage your time and projects effectively- Eagerness to learn- Passionate about technology- "Think outside the box" mentality- Good written and spoken English- Self-motivated (ref:hirist.tech)
