Process Manager Survey Scripting

Purpose of the Role

• Script high complexity projects using survey tool Dimension. Responsible for programming data collection questionnaires according to specifications and deadlines provided
• Acts as a technical advisor in Dimension for team in other countries. Also discuss and provide solution to CS on project requirements. 
• Engages in internal initiatives and client discussions to enhance collaboration and delivery.
• Supports quality assurance and continuous improvement of scripting practices.
• Facilitates the project migration process to preferred internal platforms.
• Provide training sessions with other scripters on Dimension and identifies and impliment best practices.

Skills and knowledge required

• Possesses advanced expertise in Unicom Dimensions (IOM, DMS, MRS).
• Familiarity with additional scripting platforms such as SurveyToGo, Decipher is advantageous.
• Demonstrates proficiency in survey scripting and related programming languages, including HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript, and the Angular JS Framework.
• Maintains a high standard of quality and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Understands principles of Project Management and Quality Management.
• Experienced in stakeholder management.
• Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset.
• Results-driven with a strong commitment to achieving objectives.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across various teams and locations.
• English language proficiency at B2 level, both written and spoken.
• Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team member who is also capable of working independently.
• Displays proactiveness and a solution-oriented approach.
• Effectively prioritizes tasks to ensure optimal time management.
• Has an excellent understanding of the end-to-end value chain.
