Process Mapper

We are looking for an experienced Process Mapper with strong expertise in SAP, ARIS, and MS365 Co-Pilot, combined with finance domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting, reporting, and control (ARC) processes, and will play a key role in ensuring accurate process documentation, embedding controls, and supporting process transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure process maps reflect new automation and control impacts accurately.
• Act as an expert in ARIS process mapping, with a strong understanding of ARIS technical capabilities and methodologies.
• Maintain and update process documentation by comparing current practices to standards, identifying differences, and embedding controls.
• Manage workload, approvals, and ensure timely delivery of process mapping tasks.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to align on process design decisions.
• Provide inputs to Change Management teams on communications and training needs related to new or modified processes.

Functional Expertise

• Strong finance domain knowledge, including:
• Accounting and R2R processes
• Reporting and control (ARC) financial processes
• Risk and control frameworks
• Statutory accounting and period-end close processes

Required Skills & Specifications

• Expert-level ARIS process mapping and documentation skills.
• Ability to integrate automation and control impacts into process maps.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to balance demand against constraints.
• Experience collaborating across multiple geographies and virtual teams.
• Familiarity with Agile philosophy and Scrum methodology.
• Awareness of business change impacts across people, process, and technology.
