You’ll make a difference by:

• SAP Training material creation and Support:
• Develop comprehensive SAP training materials tailored to meet the needs of end-users, utilizing the SAP Enable Now authoring tool.
• Accounting Integration:
• Leverage accounting background to integrate accounting principles seamlessly into SAP training materials and courses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between accounting processes and training materials.
• Instructional Design and E-learning:
• Design engaging and effective instructional content and e-learning courses using SAP Enable Now, Articulate Storyline, Vyond, and Powtoon.
• Create dynamic and interactive learning experiences that enhance user engagement and comprehension.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with on-shore customers to understand their learning needs and tailor training solutions accordingly.
• Communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

What will you do? 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SAP and accounting.
• Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning course development, with experience in SAP Enable Now.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with on-shore customers effectively.
• Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Vyond, and Powtoon is highly desirable.
