Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for Telesales & Client relationship officers, covering topics such as sales strategies, product features, and customer engagement.
- Conduct training sessions using a variety of instructional methods, including presentations, role-playing exercises, case studies, and interactive workshops.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
- Customize training content to address specific challenges and opportunities within the organization.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, performance metrics, and feedback from participants and stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to all representatives and staff to reinforce learning and improve performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to sales training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and/or finance, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies, financial principles, and investment products.
- Previous experience in training, coaching is preferred.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Certification in sales training, financial planning, or related areas is a plus.
