Process Trainer - BPO

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Process Trainer
to support our Insurance Sales process within a BPO environment. The candidate
will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs
to enhance sales performance, product knowledge, and customer interaction
skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct
  new hire training (NHT) for insurance sales processes
  
• Deliver
  refresher training sessions based on performance gaps
  
• Train
  agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements
  
• Monitor
  and evaluate trainee performance through assessments, mock calls, and role
  plays
  
• Collaborate
  with Quality and Operations teams to identify training needs
  
• Develop
  training materials, SOPs, and process documentation
  
• Track
  and report training effectiveness using KPIs (conversion rate, AHT, etc.)
  
• Ensure
  adherence to regulatory and compliance standards in insurance sales
  
• Stay
  updated with process changes and industry trends
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong
  understanding of insurance products.
  
• Proven
  experience in sales training within a BPO or contact center
  
• Excellent
  communication and presentation skill
