• The Process lead needs to have a minimum 15+ years of
leading Finance Transformation, Finance process design, Finance BPR for large
scale ERP implementations.
• Acts as a Senior Trusted Advisor for opportunity
shared, covering the entire company of a big/complex, multinational Finance
Processes end -to -end.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral)
and interpersonal skills. Strong Customer & stakeholder management skills
Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design
documents.
• Defines Finances Strategies, Governance and Finance
Process Architecture based on state -of -the art of S4HANA Finance technology
• The process lead should have deep business process
knowledge and some respect hands on ERP experience (Preferably SAP Simple
finance/ Oracle Cloud Finance experience implementation. Process Design
expertise for leading large enterprises level transformations for clients
moving to latest Cloud / S4 HANA/Simple Finance in the following areas:
o Ability to acquire,
absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
o Simple Finance
Migration Methodology
o New Functionalities
in GL Accounting
o New Functionalities
in Asset Accounting
o New Functionalities
in Management Accounting
o Exposure to
Financials Planning - Integrated Business Planning
o Overview of Cash
Management
Candidates needs to have:
In addition to F&A Consulting Capability we are
looking at the candidate having very high -quality hands -on experience with
complex ERP implementations
· Deep hands
Consulting background in transformation around ERP (S4Hana, SAP ECC FICO /
Oracle / JDA etc.)
• At least 2 year of deep hands on consulting on F&A
- S4Hana FIN or other ERPs like Oracle Cloud FIN etc.
• Define the best S4HANA Finance strategy for customers,
either new installation, conversion depending on the requirements and
complexity of customer environment. Support consulting and license presales
opportunities. Architect solution/implementation approach (Requirements, Scope,
Estimation). Experience in developing systems requirements, designing and
prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing
practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
• Ability to multitask and still stay focused
• Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong
desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries
while further developing your career
