Procurement Executive

We are looking for a detail -oriented Procurement Executive to manage purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and cost -effective sourcing of materials and services while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end -to -end procurement activities including requisitions, vendor sourcing, and purchase order processing
  
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost -effective procurement
  
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and services as per business requirements
  
• Maintain procurement records, vendor data, and purchase documentation
  
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand material and service requirements
  
• Track deliveries, resolve supply issues, and ensure quality compliance
  
• Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning activities
  
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and compliance standards
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business, or a related field
  
• 1 -5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
  
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost analysis skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement -related documentation
  
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems is preferred
  
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem -solving abilities
