Job Description - Procurement Executive






Procurement Executive – Roles & Responsibilities (Residential Apartments)

  • Procure materials, equipment, and services required for residential apartment operations and maintenance.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best quality, price, and delivery terms.
  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
  • Coordinate with Facility Managers and site teams to understand material requirements.
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels and avoid stock shortages.
  • Track deliveries and ensure timely receipt of materials at the site.
  • Verify vendor invoices and coordinate with the accounts team for payment processing.
  • Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
  • Conduct periodic vendor performance evaluations and develop new vendor relationships.
  • Ensure cost -effective procurement while maintaining quality standards and company policies.
  • Prepare monthly procurement reports and monitor budget utilization.

  • MS Excel & ERP Knowledge
  • Good Communication & Coordination Skills
  • Experience Required: 3+ years in Procurement/Purchase, preferably in Residential Apartments or Facility Management Services (FMS).​
