We are looking for a Procurement Executive to support day-to-day procurement and vendor management activities. The role includes vendor coordination, quotation comparison, purchase order processing, delivery tracking, and maintaining procurement records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities from requirement to PO and delivery.


• Source and evaluate vendors and obtain competitive quotations.


• Prepare quotation comparisons and conduct basic commercial negotiations.


• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines and other commercial terms.


• Manage vendor onboarding, documentation and vendor performance.


• Track purchase orders, deliveries and pending requirements.


• Maintain procurement records, vendor database and spend reports.


• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval processes and SOPs.


• Identify cost-saving and cost-optimization opportunities.


• Coordinate with Finance, IT, HR, Facilities and other internal stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.


• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.


• 1–2 years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Sourcing.


• Good negotiation, communication and vendor management skills.


• Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.


• Good understanding of P2P/procurement processes.


• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within timelines.


• Experience in IT/technology procurement is an added advantage.
