How you will make an impact:

A detail-oriented and analytical procurement professional to support strategic sourcing, vendor management, spend analysis, and procurement optimization initiatives. Skilled in sourcing, contract negotiation, and procurement compliance. Proficient in ERP systems including Workday, Oracle, and basic Salesforce, with a strong ability to streamline purchasing processes and ensure cost efficiency

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle: requisition, sourcing, purchase order creation, and invoice processing.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors across India.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and value optimization.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, legal) for procurement needs
• Monitor supplier performance, MIS and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Track and manage procurement budgets and cost reports and quarterly MIS.
• Handle RFQs, RFPs, and bid analysis.
• Resolve procurement-related issues such as delays, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain end-of-the-end procurement records and documentation
• Adequate knowledge about Contracts, Master Service Agreements and collaboration with legal on execution part
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and procurement KPIs.
• Perform market analysis, price benchmarking, and demand forecasting
