Job Type: Full-time

Salary:

• In-hand Salary: Up to 20,000
• Additional Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) + 50% Incentives

Work Schedule:

• 1 Rotational Week Off (Monday to Friday)

Role Overview:
Shaadi.com is seeking a motivated Product Advisor to join their team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions to help them make the most of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tele-sales calls to potential clients, explaining the features and benefits of Shaadi.com services.
• Provide personalized solutions based on customer requirements.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM with relevant details.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and excellent customer service.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Kannada (spoken and written).
• Minimum 6 months of experience in tele-sales or customer-facing sales.
• Education: At least 10th Grade pass.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.
