Product & Business Compliance Manager| Mumbai

TASC & Govt Product and Business Compliance specialist who will work with Business, Operations, Compliance, Audit, Legal and IT for ensuring accurate interpretation, consistent implementation, and practical execution of RBI, PMLA, FCRA and other statutory requirements, while enabling ease of doing business, reducing operational friction and strengthening audit and regulatory outcomes have to ensure:

1. The resource will be accountable Re- KYC of TASC & Govt portfolio both in terms of process and delivery ownership. We have more 7000+ accounts which is in dormant and Re-KYC pending /freeze status.


2. The said resource will be Subject matter expert on Product, Business and Regulatory Compliance across the TASC and Government Banking portfolio, with a strong focus on KYC, Re KYC, and regulatory execution.
   
    

1. Drive end-to-end ownership of regulatory compliance for TASC & Government portfolio, ensuring accurate interpretation and implementation of RBI, PMLA, FCRA, and allied guidelines. 
2. Lead Re-KYC program execution, including closure of dormant/frozen accounts and process governance.
3. Act as SME on KYC, NPO classification, FCRA applicability, and account structuring. Partner with Business, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Audit, and IT to enable compliant onboarding, transaction flows, and solution deployment. 
4. Support NGO Darpan compliance and legacy portfolio cleanup. 
5. Manage audit observations, RBI RAR responses, and ensure timely, audit-safe closures. 
6. Develop and update policies, SOPs, and frameworks that are regulator-aligned and execution-friendly.
7. Improve ease of doing business by balancing regulatory rigor with operational practicality while reducing escalations and turnaround time.
