Job Description - Product Content Specialist

FYERS is a tech -first, self -funded, and profitable stockbroking company, redefining the retail trading experience in India since 2015. We have built our trading platforms completely in -house, giving us the freedom to innovate fast and deliver features that directly impact traders and investors.

Our AI -powered tools like FIA (FYERS Intelligent Assistant) and FIA GPT are transforming how traders interact with markets—bringing natural language interaction, personalized insights, and seamless execution capabilities to the forefront. With FYERS, you will be part of a team that is pioneering AI + capital markets innovation in India.

We are looking for a Product Content Specialist who understands how traders and investors use a platform. The role focuses on making product features easy to understand, easy to use, and consistent across the app, web, and support surfaces.

Responsibilities: 
Own a stream in Product Content. Create and maintain in -app product content.
Own support FAQs and support articles that reduce confusion and support tickets. 
Write product announcements and blogs. Create product walkthroughs and tutorials. 
Structure content using a What, Why, How approach.
Translate product behaviour into clear user -facing explanations.
Work closely with Product Owners, Designers, Developers, and Support teams. 
Identify areas where users get confused and fix them through better content. 
Maintain consistency across app, web, and support documentation. 
Write from a trader or investor perspective, not like a copywriter. 
Question unclear product logic instead of polishing vague messaging.

Requirements

Good understanding of FYERS products and offerings.
Trading and investing context is a plus or ability to learn quickly.
Strong written communication with a bias toward clarity.
Structured thinking and ability to explain step by step.
Comfort working with cross -functional teams.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
