You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and founders — owning projects from idea to execution.

💡 What You’ll Do

• Research: Deep dive into user problems, analyze product data, and explore best design practices.

• Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that simplify complex workflows.

• Collaborate: Work daily with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to ship great experiences.

• Communicate: Present and defend design ideas clearly — visually and verbally.

• Measure: Evaluate impact through A/B testing and product analytics.

• Own It: Take full ownership of your projects — from concept to launch.

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of UX/UI experience in consumer-facing products (web or mobile).

• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.

• Experience collaborating closely with developers for smooth handoffs.

• Data-driven mindset — you understand user behavior and analytics.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills (Slack, async tools, etc.).

• Deep understanding of design principles and usability best practices.

• Passion for creating intuitive experiences that simplify people’s lives.
