Product Designer

As a Product Designer at Jov, you will play a pivotal role in crafting seamless and appealing user experiences for our varied range of products. Utilizing your deep understanding of design principles, you will navigate from conceptualization to implementation phases with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate user needs and business requirements into innovative, inspiring, and market-oriented product designs that lead to measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Engineers, Product Managers, and UX Researchers to create a harmonized interpretation of user requirements and to steer our product vision.
• Effectively articulate design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization utilizing various communication and visualization tools.
• Define and administer design guidelines, best practices, and standards to maintain consistent branding and in-product experiences.
• Participate in usability testing and user research to gain in-depth user insights and translate these into iterative product improvements.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Product Design with a portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Competency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creatives.
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
