Product Designer

Responsibilities

Understand user workflows and pain points, and produce, test, and iterate on high-quality designs to solve user needs

Translate highly complex use cases into flows that are intuitive for users

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, founders, and leaders  across Everstage to craft a seamless 

world-class user experience

Prototype user experiences for testing and internal communication

What we are looking for

3+  years of product design experience (web & mobile applications) at a product-driven tech company. B2B SaaS experience is a plus

Solid visual design fundamentals and understanding of design concepts (space, typography, color theory, layout, etc. )

The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment

Effective communicator, presenter, and eager to give and receive feedback.

Curiosity and creativity to test new ideas and innovate to improve business results

Proficiency with Figma

A self-starter mindset; you care deeply about crafting products to a world-class standard
