How you'll make an impact

You are passionate about creating impactful, user-centered design solutions. This role involves leading end-to-end design processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and setting a standard of excellence for intuitive and innovative design.

• Lead the design and development of intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user interfaces.
  

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
  

• Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all products.
  

• Use data and user feedback to iterate on designs, ensuring they meet user and business goals.
  

• Advocate for design best practices and accessibility standards.
  

• Create prototypes, wireframes, and mockups using tools.
  

• Stay updated on the latest trends in product design and user experience.

What are we looking for?

• Background - 1+ years of proven experience in product design
  

• Education - Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field (Master’s preferred).
  

• Proficient understanding of design and prototyping tools
  

• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
  

• Experience with design systems and creating scalable design processes.
  

• Proven track record of handling end-to-end product design in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Bias for action - ability to move quickly while taking time out to review the details.
  

• Clear communicator - Ability to synthesize and clearly articulate complex information, highlighting key takeaways and actionable insights.
  

• Team player - Working mostly autonomously, yet being a team player keeping your crews looped-in.
  

• Mindset - Ability to take responsibility for your life and that of your people and projects.
  

• Mindfulness - Ability to maintain practices that keep you grounded.
