Job Description - Product Designer [India]

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points, using this data to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product vision and strategy.
  • Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
  • Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and consistent with our brand identity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical constraints.
  • Continuously iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
