Job Description - Product Development Analyst

Responsibilities

Evaluate business challenges, user flows, and data sets to uncover inefficiencies and potential growth areas.

Convert business requirements into actionable deliverables such as detailed user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with the Product team to develop Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), create prototypes, and define solution strategies.

Partner with Engineering teams throughout the development, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases to guarantee accurate requirement fulfillment.

Detect, monitor, and address product defects, ensuring all fixes are validated prior to issue closure.

Lead communication efforts, training initiatives, and adoption strategies for new product releases and features.

Monitor user feedback and adoption metrics to identify recurring problems and drive continuous product enhancements.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or a related role.

• Education: Preferably Engineering, BCA, B.Sc., or a related technical field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel or similar tools.

• Ability to quickly understand business processes and software systems.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear, actionable requirements.

• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and software development is preferred.

• High ownership, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
