This role sits at the center of enterprise workflow automation, applied AI, and large\u2011scale operational transformation. We are establishing a new product leadership hub in Bangalore, and this position will play a foundational role in shaping the product, team, culture, and AI\u2011driven capabilities of our platform. This is a high\u2011impact, 0-1 opportunity for a product leader passionate about complex workflows, AI\u2011enabled digital experiences, and building teams from the ground up.\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Own\n\n * Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core domain within Vialto\u2019s global mobility platform. \n\n * Build and lead cross\u2011functional product pods (engineering, AI/ML, data, design) in Bangalore.\n\n * Initial build: one pod of ~5 engineers \n\n * Rapid expansion to a second pod \n\n * Drive product discovery, experimentation, and prototyping using data insights, user research, and iterative development. \n\n * Translate complex immigration, tax, and mobility workflows into intelligent, AI\u2011powered platform capabilities. \n\n * Identify and embed opportunities for automation, LLM-driven enhancements, and intelligent workflows. \n\n * Partner closely with global engineering and product leaders in the US and UK.
