Product Engineer

• Prepare and maintain accurate product specifications and ensure revision control
  


• Coordinate with vendors for sample development, validation, and approvals
  


• Support compliance execution (IS / IEC / ASTM basic level)
  


• Evaluate product samples against defined specifications
  


• Maintain technical documentation, data records, and reports
  


• Provide technical support and resolve product-related queries
  


• Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards
  


• Identify technical issues and escalate deviations proactively.
  

• Specification Accuracy: ≥ 95% first-time approval
  


• Sample Approval Success Rate: ≥ 90% first-time approval
  


• Checklist Completion: ≥ 90% adherence
  


• Technical Query TAT: Response within 2 working days
  


• Audit/Review Accuracy: ≥ 98% accuracy
  

Requirements

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Polymer preferred)
  


• Experience: 2–3 years in Product Engineering / Technical Coordination / QA support
  


• Must-Have: Technical specs understanding, attention to detail, quality basics, vendor coordination, documentation discipline
  


• Nice-to-Have: IS/IEC/ASTM exposure, sample testing, polymer knowledge, Excel skills, product launch exposure
  

• Technical: Product specification drafting, materials understanding, sample validation, compliance basics, documentation
  


• Functional: Attention to detail, structured execution, vendor coordination, problem-solving, time management
