Your Community-
The Product and Technology team is responsible for delivering exceptional functionality
and experiences on the Adventus.io platform that exceed the expectations for all of our
customers, from external users to internal operational teams.

Your Position & Impact-
You will act decisively and with autonomy - this role will be critical in ensuring that as a
team we are focused on the right improvements to our Product. You’ll be responsible for
building a deep understanding of the problems raised by the business, ensuring all
stakeholder voices are heard and have the self-starter instinct to home on to the
improvements that will have the biggest impact. You’ll be the point of contact for business
stakeholders, providing communication updates on time. To do this you’ll need to be
proactive, flexible and accountable. You’ll also operate confidently and with a
straightforward style in interactions with internal colleagues. You will be a critical member
of our agile cross-functional development teams, taking responsibility for helping a squad
solve the highest-priority problems.  

Your Backstory-
5-12 years proven record in product management. 

Experience in B2B domain or SaaS platform will be a big plus

Demonstrable understanding of customer segmentation

Very curious and with a questioning approach to drawing out new and valuable
insights

Exceptional organisational, presentation, and communication skills, both
verbal and written.

Meticulous eye for detail, analytical skills, and proven ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously.

Steadfast commitment to overcoming obstacles and challenges in a
collaborative and open way.

Experience with multi-product solutions with different customer types

Focus on continuous improvement and positive change.

Self-motivated, great team player, accountable, and passionate about
exceeding partner expectations.

Willingness to get involved and work towards shared objectives

A people-first approach to working with others.

Your Contribution-
Build Impactful Products:
Work closely with customers, internal stakeholders & senior managers to
understand which problems need to be solved, why and in what order

Be single minded about identifying and validating the largest opportunities to
deliver value to the business

Understand the industry, users, the market and competitors

Guide the squad to create a shared understanding of the problems to be solved
and identify the best solutions given capacity

Work closely with with Product Analysts, Developers and Analytics to set and
track effectiveness of new feature releases

Work in an effective team:
Break the solution down into epics containing user stories with acceptance
criteria

Own and prioritize the squad’s backlog, with input from senior managers

Facilitate refinement sessions with the squad

Championing quality by checking and owning all squad output

Drive continuous improvements:
Champion and drive continuous improvement and industry-leading product
management, business analysis and product development practices

Help your squad continuously improve through retrospectives

Strategic Involvement:
Evaluating the company products and compare them against industry trends

Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals relating to product
