Product Engineer - nCino

We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer – nCino to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce and nCino platform development, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality banking and financial solutions. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable applications to meet business and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System built on Salesforce.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize and configure nCino features such as Loan Origination, Deposit Account Opening, Treasury, and Workflow automation.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Triggers, and Visualforce pages.
• Ensure best practices in Salesforce/nCino development, coding standards, and security.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT for solution delivery.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce/nCino environment.
• Stay updated on new Salesforce and nCino releases, features, and enhancements to continuously improve platform capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Salesforce development with at least 3+ years in nCino implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Security, etc.) and programmatic development (Apex, LWC, Aura).
• Hands-on experience in nCino modules such as Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, or Treasury.
• Proficiency in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Strong understanding of banking domain processes (Loan Origination, Credit, Collateral Management, etc.).
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification(s) required; nCino certifications preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.).
• Knowledge of SQL/relational databases.
