We are looking for a Product Experience Designer who can thoughtfully shape how users interact with our SaaS products while also contributing to our broader brand presence. This role blends UX problem-solving, clean UI execution, and visual storytelling across product and marketing touchpoints.
You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to design intuitive, scalable experiences, while also supporting go-to-market needs through presentations and lightweight brand creatives. This is an ideal role for a designer who enjoys both structured product thinking and hands-on visual execution.
Key Responsibilities
Product & UX Design
Design end-to-end user experiences for SaaS products, from early flows and wireframes to polished, production-ready interfaces.
Translate product requirements into intuitive user journeys, interaction patterns, and UI layouts.
Apply UX principles to reduce complexity and improve usability across dashboards, workflows, and core product features.
Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts and support developer handoff.
UI Systems & Visual Consistency
Build, document, and evolve reusable UI components and design systems in Figma.
Ensure visual and interaction consistency across products, features, and releases.
Maintain a high bar for visual clarity, hierarchy, spacing, and accessibility.
Brand & Go-To-Market Design Support
Design lightweight marketing assets such as social creatives, banners, and product visuals.
Create polished presentations, pitch decks, and internal decks using Canva.
Support brand consistency across product, marketing, and sales-facing materials.
Collaboration & Workflow
Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the design-to-build lifecycle.
Use tools like Miro for brainstorming, user journey mapping, and collaborative ideation.
Clearly articulate design decisions, trade-offs, and user rationale to cross-functional teams.
Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to accelerate ideation, content exploration, and workflow efficiency.
Experience & Qualifications
Must-Have
2–3 years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or Digital Design roles.
Strong hands-on expertise with Figma for UI, prototyping, and component systems.
Experience designing SaaS or web-based products.
Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, usability principles, and user-centered design.
Ability to communicate design intent clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Good to Have
Experience working on B2B or SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with Miro or similar UX collaboration tools.
Exposure to design systems and component-driven workflows.
Basic understanding of frontend constraints and handoff requirements.
Comfort designing both product interfaces and simple marketing creatives.
Portfolio Expectations
Product UI and UX case studies (flows, dashboards, or SaaS features).
High-fidelity interface design examples.
Samples of presentations, pitch decks, or brand/marketing creatives.
