• The Product Head for Savings Accounts is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the bank's savings account product portfolio.


• This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy to drive growth, optimize performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.


• The Product Head will oversee the entire lifecycle of savings account products, from ideation and development through to market launch and ongoing management.

• Create and implement segmented innovations for Savings, Salary, and TASC accounts by leveraging market best practices and competitive benchmarks.
• Design and execute comprehensive sales and communication strategies for Savings Account products to enhance market presence and drive customer acquisition.
• Utilize data analytics to manage and optimize the Savings Account portfolio, focusing on increasing customer engagement, product adoption, and overall market penetration.
• Oversee the quality of account sourcing by effectively managing the entire customer lifecycle to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain regulatory compliance for Savings Accounts, ensuring that all products and processes adhere to relevant legal and industry standards.

Qualifications: Graduate/MBA
