Job Description - Product Lead

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast -paced environment where innovation is at the core. You’ll take the reins of the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualizing groundbreaking ideas to delivering transformative solutions that drive impact.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

Define and own the product vision, aligning it with the company’s goals and market needs.
Translate customer pain points into innovative solutions that deliver value and delight users.
Identify new market opportunities and create strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Product Development & Launch

Lead the ideation, design, development, and launch of impactful products.
Develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), validate them with users, and scale based on feedback.
Collaborate with cross -functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and legal, to ensure timely delivery.

Customer -Centric Approach

Deeply understand user needs and advocate for them in every decision.
Engage with customers to gather insights and use them to inform product improvements.

Performance Monitoring & Iteration

Define success metrics and track product performance.
Use data to iterate and optimize products for maximum impact.

Problem Solving & Innovation

Tackle complex challenges with creativity and resourcefulness.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum experience of 7 yrs in product management, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.

Skills:

Strategic thinking with customer -centric focus.
Data -driven decision -making and strong analytical skills.
Collaboration with engineering, design, and cross -functional teams.
Leadership and problem -solving abilities.

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of software development processes (coding not required).
