Product Lead - Data Platform

What you'll do:

·       Craft the product vision for one or more foundational components of Arcesium's data platform including

but not limited to data transformation, lineage, governance, quality, privacy, etc.

·       Align your vision to the needs of
multiple stakeholders including clients, other product development

teams, and internal users

·       Work closely with the engineers/architects to execute on your vision

·       Be involved in conducting competitor analysis and stay on top of emerging industry trends

·       Articulate business cases, estimate timelines and budgets, communicate with all stakeholders, prepare

project plans, release notes, etc.

·       Work
with other product managers for projects cutting across multiple
business areas to provide comprehensive business solutions

Requirements

What you'll need:

·       5+ years of product management or development experience with either a strong technical proficiency in data platform components (transformation, cataloguing, lineage, etc.) or a
strong working proficiency in modeling,
governance, and quality of financial domain data

·       Experience in working closely with engineering teams

·       Outstanding academic background & passion to work in a high-tech software development environment

·       Exceptional verbal and
written communication skills

·       Critical thinking and the ability to articulate standpoints/ideas and influence stakeholders

·       Ability to multitask and manage multiple lines of execution with attention to detail and quality

·       A high level of personal maturity and a collaborative attitude

·       A healthy combination of
resourcefulness, domain expertise, creativity, and execution prowess

Group in any one of our India offices. This group is responsible for working with technology teams throughout the process lifecycle to
specify, develop, and implement the firms' infrastructure, data platform, and new applications in the
investment lifecycle.
