We are hiring a Product Lead – Loyalty & Consumer Engagement to own and evolve high-impact, consumer-facing platforms centered around rewards, incentives, and habit-forming experiences. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, behavioral design, and ecosystem thinking—ideal for someone who understands how incentives drive sustained user engagement and long-term value.
You will be responsible for shaping scalable loyalty and rewards products that work across multiple brands, partners, and use cases, while balancing user delight with strong product economics.
What You’ll Own
Loyalty & Rewards Product Strategy
Define and drive the product vision for loyalty, rewards, and incentive-led experiences.
Design end-to-end reward journeys including earning, redemption, tiering, and gamification mechanics.
Build systems that encourage repeat usage, higher lifetime value, and long-term customer stickiness.
Consumer Engagement & Behavior Design
Apply consumer psychology and behavioral economics to create compelling engagement loops.
Design incentive structures that influence desired user actions without eroding margins.
Continuously test and refine reward mechanics to improve participation and redemption rates.
Platform & Ecosystem Development
Build scalable loyalty platforms that support multi-brand catalogs, partners, and merchants.
Enable flexible reward types such as points, vouchers, cashback, experiences, or digital goods.
Define APIs, workflows, and configurations that allow easy onboarding of new partners.
Product Discovery & Delivery
Lead discovery through user research, data analysis, and experimentation.
Translate insights into clear PRDs, user flows, and prioritised roadmaps.
Work closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, consumer-grade experiences.
Analytics, Economics & Optimization
Own key metrics such as engagement, redemption rates, repeat usage, and contribution margin.
Balance user value with sustainable unit economics and partner incentives.
Use data to make trade-offs between growth, cost, and experience quality.
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of experience in product management, ideally within consumer internet, e-commerce, fintech, or marketplaces.
Hands-on experience building or scaling loyalty programs, rewards platforms, or incentive-driven products.
Strong understanding of engagement mechanics, funnels, and lifecycle-driven product design.
Experience working with partner ecosystems, catalogs, or multi-stakeholder platforms.
High user empathy with strong UX judgment and attention to detail.
Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, and business teams.
Structured thinker with strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
