Mandatory :- Auto Insurance / Motor Insurance Domain

The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks associated with the on boarding platform. This includes managing the product roadmap, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of onboarding solutions.

You will be responsible for driving the development and success of our products related to motor insurance, financing, etc. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that enhance the user experience and meet the needs of our clients in the fintech space

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the motor domain.
• Gather and prioritise product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality motor insurance products on time.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities within the motor insurance space.
• Develop user stories and use cases to guide product development.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform continuous improvement.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in motor industry.
• Analyse the consumption data on daily / weekly basis for improvement in the solutions
• Regularly monitor the client performance and work with them for further innovation

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of insurance, financing, claim processing, regulations, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
