Product Manager

• Translate business strategy into product strategy  
  


• Own the product roadmap

• Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market  
  


• Plan and carry out product launches  
  


• Manage product profitability and commercial success – own the business case  
  


• Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market  
  


• Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages 
  


• Write high-level requirements and UX Wireframes 
  


• Support the Product Owner and Product Marketer with any questions they may have  
  


• Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues 
  

Requirements

• 5-7 years' experience preferably on a Cloud Management Platform.
  


• Critical thinking, analytical, problem solving and questioning skills.
  


• High degree of flexibility - willing to fill in the gaps rather than relying on others.
  


• Proven UX planning skills - Wireframes and User Flows.
  


• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
  


• Excellent documentation skills - Requirement Specification Document and Test Cases.
  


• Ability to perform competitive product research.
  


• Candidates with training and knowledge in Design Thinking is desirable but not mandatory.
  

• Define product features and functional specifications, collaborating across multiple partner teams
  


• Drive definition of requirements, dependencies, work breakdowns, implementation plans and software integration planning across all disciplines.
  


• Continuously engage with community to get feedback on the product features, understands and triage customer issues and provide updates on product roadmap
  


• Anticipate risks; assess and escalate accordingly.
  


• Help with organizing and presenting program reviews/status to engineering, business, and senior management.
  


• Closely partners with software engineering teams to land key product capabilities.
  


• Plan, Run and execute Sprints
  


• Align with the overall goals of the product features and deliverables
  


• Coordinate with Technical Team to explain them the product/feature requirement and get the same implemented
  


• Should be able to independently run sanity, smoke, and regression tests
  


• Gain expertise in the product and run product demo
  


• Align with the sales team and keep a track of the sales number
