Position: Paid Market Research: Genesys Former Employee
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Participate in a 60-minute market research interview about your time at Genesys.
• Share insights on Genesys Cloud AI products, capabilities, and limitations.
• Discuss early adopter programs, typical buyers, and competitive positioning.
• Provide feedback on product suite, customer perspectives, and deal dynamics.
• Respect NDAs, non-disparagement clauses, or non-competes; flag any concerns upfront.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Departed Genesys within the last 12–18 months.
• At least 12 months of tenure at Genesys.
• Experience in roles such as Product, Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, or Competitive Intelligence.

Compensation & Legal

• $100/hour, paid for all time spent on the interview.
• Payment processed through Mercor upon completion.
