Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Banca-Assurance Product Manager with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Banca-assurance, product management, and a solid understanding of technology integrations, APIs, and Scrum methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies for Banca-assurance offerings, aligning with company objectives and market demands.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders including business development, technology teams, and senior management to ensure product success.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform product decisions.

• Technology Integration: Work closely with technology teams to leverage integrations, APIs, and digital platforms to enhance product functionality.

• Scrum Methodology: Apply Scrum principles to manage product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.

• Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

• Performance Monitoring: Define key metrics and monitor product performance. Implement improvements based on data-driven insights.

• Customer Focus: Gather customer feedback and conduct user testing to iterate products and enhance customer experience.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across departments to drive product initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

3 to 4 years of experience in Banca-assurance product management within the financial services industry.

Strong understanding of technology integrations, APIs, and Scrum methodology.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
