About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to build and scale consumer-facing products in a high-growth startup environment. The role requires strong product thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to work closely with engineering, design, growth, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  Own product features from ideation to launch and optimization.

  
  


• 
  

  Define PRDs, user stories, success metrics, and product roadmaps.

  
  


• 
  

  Analyze user behavior, funnels, and product metrics to drive growth.

  
  


• 
  

  Work with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams for execution.

  
  


• 
  

  Improve user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and A/B experiments.

  
  

Must-Have Requirements

• 
  

  2–5 years of Product Management / Product Strategy / Product Analytics experience.

  
  


• 
  

  MBA from a Tier-1 or 2 institute.

  
  


• 
  

  B.Tech/BE from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 engineering college.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in B2C, consumer-facing internet, SaaS, or startup products.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  
  


• 
  

  High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  
  

Preferred Background

Consumer internet, fintech, edtech, e-commerce, marketplace, creator economy, travel-tech, gaming, social platforms, or consumer SaaS startups.

Not Preferred

Enterprise SaaS, IT services, consulting, or purely B2B product backgrounds.
