We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager with strong startup experience who can take ownership of product strategy, execution, and growth for our SaaS products.

Role: Product Manager

Experience: 5- 8 Years
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization


• Work closely with founders, business teams, engineering, design, and operations teams


• Gather customer insights, analyze product gaps, and identify new opportunities


• Define product roadmap, priorities, and execution timelines


• Translate business requirements into clear product requirements and user stories


• Drive product adoption, engagement, retention, and overall user experience


• Monitor product metrics, user behavior, and business impact to make data-driven decisions


• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for SaaS products


• Coordinate with tech and design teams to ensure timely product delivery


• Continuously improve product workflows, automation, and scalability

Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of experience in Product Management


• Prior experience working in a startup environment is mandatory


• Strong understanding of SaaS products and product lifecycle management


• Experience working with cross-functional teams including tech, design, and business stakeholders


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Notion, Mixpanel, GA, or similar product tools is preferred


• Understanding of user journeys, product funnels, and growth metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer tech products


• Exposure to product-led growth strategies


• Strong ownership mindset with execution-focused approach
