The Opportunity

Are you an experienced product manager with a strong track record, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills? If so, join our dynamic team at Nutanix SaaS Engineering Organization and drive initiatives related to software licensing, subscription management and cloud consumption models. In this role, you will contribute to licensing roadmap and help drive execution of key use cases, research unmet customer needs, and drive a compelling strategy to deliver a simple and delightful customer experience.

About the Team

This role is within the dynamic and talented product group within SaaS engineering organization responsible for building products, AI solutions and tools for pre and post sale experience, customer success, licensing, support and learning. This role will report to the Principal Product Manager, who leads product for software licensing, and agentic AI products to help with onboarding, activation and retention of customers across our products and services.

Your Role

• Shape and execute the vision for Nutanix Licensing Platform, focusing on software licensing options, 
• Engage in continuous customer advocacy to gather and transform feedback into a prioritized set of requirements.
• Proficient in crafting comprehensive PRDs and other product artifacts to guide UX design and development efforts.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of products by collaborating effectively with cross-functional partner teams.
• Establish alignment and clarity across stakeholders to drive cohesive project execution.
• Monitor, evaluate, and provide regular reports on goals and key performance indicators to measure success.
• Serve as a passionate evangelist and influencer, delivering insightful briefings that represent the voice of the customer.
• Provide tactical field support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and successful outcomes for our users.
• Create and maintain high-impact collateral for both internal enablement and external market positioning.

What You Will Bring

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline; MBA preferred.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure licensing and consumption models desired.
• Practical understanding of quote to cash flows, go to market motions, and consumer portal user experience design is required.
• 5+ years of professional experience, specifically within product management for enterprise-scale technology.
• Experience with AI products and frameworks is required.
• Exceptional attention to detail when managing complex initiatives with numerous organizational dependencies.
• Superior communication skills with a proven track record of presenting effectively to executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence global teams to meet rigorous delivery milestones.
• Strong analytical mindset and data analysis skills paired with robust problem-solving capabilities.
• High levels of energy and a collaborative spirit for effective teamwork.
• Self-motivated individual with a bias for action and a strong sense of project ownership.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
