Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager –
Roadmap & Team Leadership to own product strategy, roadmap planning,
requirements documentation, and release execution. The ideal candidate will
have strong expertise in cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes, multi-cloud
environments, and persistent storage technologies.

The role involves working closely with Engineering, QA,
Marketing, Sales, Support, and Field teams to deliver high-quality product
releases, strengthen go-to-market initiatives, and drive innovation across
AI/ML, LLMs, and cloud-native technologies. The candidate will also lead a
small team responsible for product marketing content, technical publications,
and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define,
  own, and maintain a multi-quarter product roadmap aligned with business
  objectives and customer requirements.
  
• Develop
  and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and collaborate with
  Engineering, QA, and Support teams to ensure successful General
  Availability (GA) releases.
  
• Establish
  standardized processes for release notes, demo readiness, product
  documentation, and field enablement.
  
• Lead
  and mentor a team of three direct reports specializing in product
  marketing and technical publications.
  
• Collaborate
  with leadership to shape product strategy across AI/ML, LLMs, multi-cloud
  infrastructure, Kubernetes, and storage technologies.
  
• Engage
  with customers, analysts, partners, and open-source communities to gather
  feedback and identify product improvement opportunities.
  
• Collect,
  analyze, and document user and community insights to influence product
  direction and prioritization.
  
• Conduct
  competitive research across commercial and open-source solutions to
  strengthen product positioning and roadmap decisions.
  
• Partner
  with Sales, Marketing, and Field teams to support go-to-market strategies,
  product demonstrations, and sales enablement.
  
• Develop
  and review technical presentations, blogs, demos, and other product
  collateral to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  
• Review
  technical documentation and provide feedback to ensure accuracy,
  consistency, and readiness for product releases.
  
• Drive
  cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery, high product
  quality, and alignment with customer expectations.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10+
  years of experience in Product Management, preferably within cloud
  infrastructure, enterprise software, Kubernetes, or cloud-native
  technologies.
  
• Proven
  experience owning product roadmaps, managing product releases, and driving
  cross-functional execution.
  
• Strong
  understanding of Kubernetes, multi-cloud architectures, persistent
  storage, and cloud-native infrastructure.
  
• Familiarity
  with AI/ML technologies and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
  
• Hands-on
  knowledge of Linux and practical experience with Linux containers and
  Kubernetes technologies.
  
• Understanding
  of distributed systems, storage technologies, Software-Defined Networking
  (SDN), enterprise logging, and monitoring solutions.
  
• Strong
  knowledge of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) ecosystem and
  open-source technologies.
  
• Experience
  working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
  Platform (GCP).
  
• Demonstrated
  experience managing small teams and collaborating with cross-functional
  stakeholders.
  
• Strong
  understanding of Agile development methodologies and product lifecycle
  management.
  
• Excellent
  written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  
• Bachelor's
  or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
  discipline.
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity
  with container runtimes, Kubernetes workloads, and scheduling mechanisms.
  
• Experience
  evaluating the performance, scalability, and reliability of distributed
  systems.
  
• Hands-on
  experience with Agile tools such as Jira.
  
• Ability
  to create compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations,
  blogs, and other technical collateral.
  
• Experience
  engaging with open-source communities, technology partners, customers, and
  industry analysts.
