Product Manager (2)

Role Overview: As a Product Manager, you will be pivotal in guiding the development of our software products from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure that our products meet business objectives and deliver outstanding user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
  


• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through technical development and commercial release.
  


• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure the product satisfies customer needs and surpasses market expectations.
  


• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure system architecture and design meet product goals.
  


• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to position the product effectively.
  


• Develop detailed product requirements and maintain the product roadmap.
  


• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to align on product features and priorities.
  


• Measure and optimize the product by developing key metrics and feedback loops.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must have created minimum meaningful 1-2 products from scratch (v imp)
  


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  


• 5+ years of experience in product management within a software development environment.
  


• Strong background in software engineering and familiarity with coding practices.
  


• Proven experience in system design and architecture, with the ability to engage deeply with technical teams.
  


• Previous experience as a product analyst, with a solid understanding of data-driven product development and user-centric design.
  


• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  


• Proficiency in using analytics platforms to inform product decisions.
  


• Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technology innovations.
  


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
