Product Manager (AI)

Job Title: Product Manager

We are looking for an AI Product Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience building and launching AI-powered B2B products, with a strong understanding of fintech, corporate treasury, cash management, or financial products. Experience working on products involving AI-driven recommendations, automation, workflows, or decision-making for finance teams will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy for AI-powered fintech and treasury products


• Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and design teams to build and launch AI-powered products and features


• Identify opportunities to use AI to improve cash management, treasury workflows, financial decision-making, and automation


• Gather and analyze customer feedback and product data to identify opportunities for improvement


• Monitor the performance, adoption, and impact of AI-powered features and continuously improve them


• Translate complex financial and user problems into clear product requirements and actionable solutions


• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and business teams to ensure AI products align with the overall product strategy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, with experience building AI-powered products or features


• Strong understanding of fintech, B2B financial products, treasury, cash management, or investment products


• Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and AI-driven product development


• Strong product sense with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills


• Ability to work effectively with engineering, data science, design, and business teams


• Experience taking products or features from concept to launch

Bonus Points

• Experience building and launching AI products in fintech, treasury, cash management, or B2B SaaS


• Experience with LLM-based applications, AI agents, recommendation systems, or workflow automation


• Experience building products for CFOs, finance teams, or treasury teams


• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment and working on 0-to-1 product
