Product Manager- App & Web Products

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and user-focused Product Manager for both mobile app and web development to join our growing team at one of our portfolio company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and scaling products by working closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Business, and Leadership.

This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with execution, has strong problem-solving abilities, and is passionate about building impactful digital products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product lifecycle for both mobile applications and web platforms from ideation to launch and optimization

• Gather and understand business requirements, customer pain points, and user feedback to define product features and improvements

• Create product roadmaps, PRDs, user stories, workflows, and feature specifications

• Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, and Business teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery

• Coordinate app and web releases, sprint planning, prioritization, and execution tracking

• Define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics while continuously monitoring product performance and user engagement

• Analyze user behavior, funnel drop-offs, and platform performance to improve customer experience

• Ensure consistency in user experience across app and web platforms

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility

• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and product enhancements

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience in mobile app and web product development

• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, sprint planning, and roadmap execution

• Experience working closely with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar platforms

• Understanding of user journeys, UX principles, APIs, and product scalability

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred:

• Experience in startups, SaaS, ConsumerTech, HealthTech, FinTech, or AI-driven products

• Technical understanding of app and web architecture is a plus

• Exposure to product analytics and growth metrics would be an added advantage
