  • Track acquisition metrics including traffic-to-signup, signup-to-activation, conversion, CAC, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor product and growth performance.
  • Identify opportunities for improving acquisition through referrals, partnerships, personalisation, product-led growth, and lifecycle experiences.
  • Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to ensure reliable measurement and attribution of growth initiatives.
  • Conduct customer research, usability analysis, competitive research, and market assessments.
  • Translate insights into actionable product improvements and measurable business outcomes.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of growth initiatives.
  • Present product strategy, experiment results, learnings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Continuously iterate on successful experiments and scale initiatives that demonstrate measurable impact.
  • Establish repeatable growth processes and foster a strong culture of experimentation and learning.

  • Strong experience working with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent product sense with a customer-centric and experimentation-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder-management, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives from concept through measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of Agile product development, product discovery, prioritisation, and iterative delivery.
