Product Manager (Netzhero)

What you'll do

• Own the roadmap for one or more product areas across ESG reporting, emissions monitoring, or carbon -credit workflows.
  
• Translate the carbon problem into product — write clear specs, define success metrics, and ship features that cut reporting time and build trust.
  
• Partner with engineering and AI teams to take agentic AI capabilities from concept to production.
  
• Talk to customers constantly — sustainability leads, auditors, and farm partners — and turn their pain points into prioritized work.
  
• Work across 12+ global compliance frameworks and Scope 1–3 coverage, making them feel like one simple experience.
  
• Instrument, analyze, and iterate — data replaces guesswork.
  

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years of product management experience, with prior experience building ESG products (required).
  
• Solid understanding of ESG reporting, emissions accounting, or carbon -credit workflows.
  
• Outcome -driven: you define metrics, run experiments, and let data drive the roadmap.
  
• Comfortable with complexity — regulatory frameworks, AI systems, and multi -sided markets.
  
• Strong communicator who can align engineers, designers, and customers around a clear story.
  
• Mission -driven, with a genuine interest in climate impact.
  
• Bonus: exposure to carbon markets or applied/agentic AI.
