About the Role

Own the app-install-to-first-funded-trade journey — KYC, account opening, bank linking, funding, and activation. You'll work where regulatory complexity meets UX, and where small conversion lifts directly drive growth. This role needs deep broker domain knowledge: you've dealt with eSign drop-offs, KYC failures, and funding friction — and shipped fixes that moved the numbers.

What You'll Do

  Own the install-to-first-trade funnel end to end — measure, diagnose, fix, prove

  Drive activation improvements via experimentation, UX optimization, and funnel redesign

  
  


• 
  

  Navigate compliance to find the fastest compliant onboarding path; Reduce onboarding TAT without compromising regulatory requirements

  
  


• 
  

  Design and run A/B tests and phased rollouts across every funnel step

  
  


• 
  

  Build the onboarding roadmap aligned with Sahi's growth phase 

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  2-4 yrs PM experience, at least 1 year at a stock broker

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on with broker onboarding: KYC/eKYC, eSign, Demat, CDSL, bank verification, FO activation

  
  


• 
  

  Strong analytical chops - SQL, cohort analysis, experiment design

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working with compliance/regulatory teams in finserv

  
  


• 
  

  First-principles thinker; productive without detailed playbooks 

  
  

Good to Have

• 
  

  Experience optimizing F&O or commodity segment activation flows

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with payment and funding flow optimization (UPI, bank transfers)

  Prior startup experience (sub-200 people)
