Product Manager - Retail Agri Business| Thane

The Product Manager will be responsible for system development and regulatory reporting in the areas of Rural Banking, Agri Loans, Financial Inclusion, Regulatory Compliance, and Standard Operating Process Development. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing automated reporting systems, streamlining processes, and driving business growth through digital innovations.

System Development & Process Automation:
● Lead the development of end-to-end digital solutions for regulatory reporting and compliance.
● Implement automation tools to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.
● Work with IT teams to integrate systems with CBS, LOS, and regulatory portals.
● Design and enhance dashboards for real-time monitoring of compliance metrics.
● Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for system enhancements and regulatory updates.
Regulatory Reporting & Compliance:
● Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to RBI, SLBC, LDM, and other regulatory bodies.
● Develop frameworks for tracking regulatory changes and policy updates.
● Maintain PDD (Post Disbursement Documents) and monitor compliance with lending norms.
● Oversee implementation of government schemes like PMFBY and financial inclusion programs.
 

Qualifications: Graduate in Agriculture or any discipline, from a recognized institution.

Experience: 6 to 8 years
