Need a dynamic, skilled professional who understands incentives and rewards mechanism and calculations and wants to grow and learn through automation by assisting in various activities of department.


 













Key Expectations/Activities:Eligibility:


  1. Incentive calculations

  2. Timely query resolution 

  3. Automation of calculations

  4. Insights to improve programs and team performance

  5. PowerBi and Power Query knowledge required 



  1. Management or Graduate with Finance and technology background preferred

  2. Eager to learn and work with various teams in the segment

  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  5. Ability to multitask

  6. Cope well under pressure
