Job Description - Product Marketing Manager

About the role: We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager with expertise in the banking fintech domain to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for our banking fintech solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of banking products, fintech trends, and customer needs, as well as strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills. Roles and Responsibilities Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct research to identify trends and competitors in banking fintech. Develop marketing plans aligning with objectives and target customer segments. Define positioning and differentiation strategies for banking fintech products to effectively communicate value proposition and competitive advantages. Product Launch and Promotion: Lead product launch campaigns across channels. Create marketing collateral, sales tools and product documentation to support product launches and ongoing promotion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful execution. Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver product training and support materials for sales teams and partners. Provide sales support, including creating sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, and objection handling guides to help sales teams effectively position and sell products. Customer Engagement and Retention: Develop customer communication strategies for engagement. Gather feedback for product roadmap. Implement retention programs. Performance Measurement and Optimization: Define KPIs and analyze marketing data for optimization. Iterate strategies to achieve business goals and revenue growth. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience, ideally in banking or fintech. Deep understanding of banking products, financial services, and fintech trends. Proven track record in developing and executing successful product marketing strategies. Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and making data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex concepts clearly. Results-oriented mindset focused on driving measurable business outcomes and ROI. Collaborative team player adept at working in cross-functional environments. Experience collaborating with sales teams and channel partners to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
