Product Operations Analyst

What You'll Do:

• Bring your hustle to the table; we love go-getters who push the envelope.

• Be our voice to clients, ensuring they’re happy and engaged.

• Manage client accounts like a pro, building strong, lasting relationships.

• Be data proficient - analyzing performance information of your customers to identify key areas for improvement

• Dive into automation, turning repetitive tasks into efficient processes.

Who You Are:

• Independent and proactive – you see what needs to be done and you do it.

• A fast mover with an eye for improving processes.

• Familiar with account management, always aiming to exceed expectations.

• Experienced in talking to clients and managing projects.

• Experience in E-commerce Industry and Knowledge of CRO/Consumer Experience would be preferable.

• Creative, comfortable with design tools and making things look good.

• Someone with a knack for tech tools – automation tools are your playground.

Skills to Know:

• Solid project and account management skills – you keep things running smoothly.

• Great at communicating, both with teams and clients.

• Strong grasp of automation techniques and tools.

• Familiarity with SQL is a bonus, enhancing data management and analysis.
