Be data proficient - analyzing performance information of your customers to identify key areas for improvement
Dive into automation, turning repetitive tasks into efficient processes.
Independent and proactive – you see what needs to be done and you do it.
A fast mover with an eye for improving processes.
Familiar with account management, always aiming to exceed expectations.
Experienced in talking to clients and managing projects.
Experience in E-commerce Industry and Knowledge of CRO/Consumer Experience would be preferable.
Creative, comfortable with design tools and making things look good.
Someone with a knack for tech tools – automation tools are your playground.
Solid project and account management skills – you keep things running smoothly.
Great at communicating, both with teams and clients.
Strong grasp of automation techniques and tools.
Familiarity with SQL is a bonus, enhancing data management and analysis.
