Product Owner – Maritech

About the Role
The Product Owner for Maritech is responsible for owning and prioritizing the product backlog and translating business, customer, and operational needs into well-defined user stories. This role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver incremental value aligned with the product roadmap. The role focuses on Process manufacturing ERP supporting complex production, formulation, compliance, and operational planning.

Experience
5–8 years total experience
3–5 years in a Product Owner or equivalent Agile delivery role

Tech Stack & Tools

• Agile delivery tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent)
  • Backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release management tools
  • API and data-flow awareness to support story definition and acceptance criteria
  • ERP or workflow-based SaaS platforms
  • Analytics and reporting tools for tracking adoption and outcomes
  • Collaboration tools for distributed teams
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

Required:
• Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing prioritized backlogs
• Ability to balance customer needs, business value, and technical constraints
• Strong collaboration with Engineering, UX, and Product Management
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred:
• Domain experience aligned to the product area
• Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market SaaS customers
• Familiarity with outcome-driven delivery and SaaS metrics
